At My Ranchburger, we love Agapanthus for their lack of fussiness. They go so beautifully in a minimalist setting, as they are pure simplicity and offer a change from the omnipresent white Phalaenopsis. When these flowers are in full bloom, we will bring them indoors.

Today, we are all in our sweaters and shawls in the Bunny Bungalow, as it
is cold outside. Keep warm Babes!

Annie - I love them as well. We have a group of them in the front garden and I'm always amazed at how from a small bud atop of a long stem emerges this huge flower! I've always been afraid to cut them and bring them indoors for fear they would die immediately - but then they die anyway outside don't they. I shall have to snip away!
ReplyDeleteSo delicate, so pretty.
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful ... and what a great shot. Isn't it amazing how much detail there is in a single flower.
